2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be in original, unopened packaging

  • Products must be in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Perishable goods

  • Customised or personalised products

  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

4. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you receive damaged or faulty goods, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer service team with your order number

  • Receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number

  • Package items securely with the RMA number visible

  • Ship to the address provided (return shipping at customer's expense)

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
